DMC Live Showcase at the Stove was the final event of the packed Dumfries Music Conference 2016 programme.
Zoe Bestel appeared singing her spell-binding poignant melodies. Indigo Velvet treated Dumfries and Galloway music lovers with their indie mix of Africal inspired “tropical pop”. The local band Brat and the Bonemen trio up with a wild punk pig head wearing act. Finally 13 Crowes of Dumfries/Annan fired the crowd with rock ‘n’ roll.
I suddenly had a bad earache from the loudspeakers as I photographed quite near the stage and some generous soul gave me a pair of earplugs. I couldn’t find him to give them back later – for what I will be eternally ashamed!
